Marie began her Tech career 22 years ago as an engineer with a Fortune 100 company. After many different roles within Technology, her passion for people, process, and technology led her to Agile Coaching and Portfolio Management.

Marie identifies organizational themes of taking on too much work, which actually slows product delivery. She is a certified ProKanban Trainer (PKT) and has a track record of helping organizations & teams achieve more throughput, sustainable pace, improved prioritization, and an increased ownership of their process.

In addition to speaking at various industry events, Marie gives back to the Agile community by mentoring Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters to achieve their career goals.
