·Cohort-based Course
Get from idea to your first 10 customers & build a successful product business in B2B
Course overview
A live, hands-on course taking you through the ideation, validation, and iteration of your very own B2B startup.
You'll learn to build a B2B startup following a process used by thousands of B2B entrepreneurs (Loopio, Flutura, Knoetic, and many many more).
01
B2B Entrepreneurs & Aspiring Founders
All exercises and lessons included were carefully selected with their needs and realities in mind.
02
Service Companies
Service providers looking to "productize" their expertise or to create add-on products in their markets will also benefit.
03
B2B Product Managers in Early-Stage Startups
Product leaders will learn a validation process they'll be able to use right away.
Find a business idea & test it with real customers
You'll work through a series of exercises to identify the right opportunity for you (and your team). You'll learn to break your validation process into clear tasks. You'll also learn to test the market potential of your idea.
Create the right value proposition
You'll learn to identify customer needs, create a compelling value proposition, and put together a strong offer. You'll learn to iterate its impact by working with real prospects.
Close pre-sales & get validation
Selling to businesses is not like selling to consumers. The course will keep you focused on the techniques and strategies that are working with B2B buyers today. You'll learn to close sales and get validation.
Make real progress with a startup
You'll learn to recognize the signs of positive progress in a startup. You'll also learn to identify when a change of strategy is required. The course will help you find traction in the market.

01
IDEATION
We'll discuss the major differences between Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) product/market validation. We'll look at examples of successful validation in B2B, go through a series of ideation and pre-validation exercises, and set a vision for success.
By the end of the week, you'll have fleshed out a business idea.
02
CUSTOMER DISCOVERY
We'll select markets to explore, start contacting prospects to capture needs and learn about their situations, and we'll learn how to do customer interviews in B2B.
In the following week, you'll get out of the building to interview real prospects and start learning.
03
VALIDATION
We'll analyze the data collected during the interviews, challenge our assumptions, lock in on an opportunity, flesh out an early value proposition, and craft a pre-sale offer.
In the following week, you'll start reaching out to prospects to close pre-sales based on your opportunity.
04
GROWTH
We'll re-evaluate the progress made thus far, make adjustments, and create a plan to land the first 10 customers for your business.
By the end of this session, you'll have a clear idea of what to do next. You'll be able to keep receiving feedback from me and the group via the course community.
