Currently, cohorts are capped at 25 students to ensure maximum support for each student. Once a cohort is full, you'll be able to apply for the next available dates.

1-hour sessions weekly spread out across 4 weeks. We'll also have short assignments and reading materials you can do/consume on your own time.

The weekly will be 1-3 hours total depending if you decide to undertake the additional optional course material.

You got it. More enjoyable and you're more likely to complete it.

Some of the exercises will feel mute without you having an effective team in place. But there's plenty of theory and you can always use the frameworks in the future.

Without a team or soon-to-be-hiring you'll likely only get partial value of out of this course.

Potentially if you've been facing many challenges or team turnover. But if you've managed teams greater than 5 people over more than 5 years then it is unlikely you'll benefit.

This is a live interactive session, although you'll have access to the theory in perpetuity - you won't benefit from hoarding it.

This is about active-action taking, not theoretical contemplation or consumption.
