You will start your journey by watching the 2.5-hour highly rated video course, Strategic Leadership. Then, we’ll meet for three consecutive Fridays, 2 hours each, to review key topics and engage in practical problem-solving for your workplace.
Weekly project
1 hour per week
Homework will evolve with each session and will include prompts similar to: Reflect on your organization’s culture, identify one gap or strength, and design a small action to improve alignment with values.
