I'm Justine, a Product Designer with over 10 years of experience, specialising in Design Systems, including roles at Stripe and Preply.

Throughout my career, I've worked on complex design challenges, interviewed designers, and experienced the hiring process from both sides.

One thing I've learned is that doing great work isn't always enough. How you communicate your thinking, decisions and impact matters just as much.

I founded Storyline Design to help designers recognise the value in their experience, tell stronger stories, and position themselves for the roles they want next.
