We focus on the 4 major AI platforms: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), and Microsoft (Copilot). Three reasons: they're backed by the world's largest AI companies; your company likely already supports one, so no new purchases or IT approvals; and skills transfer across all of them. We'll throw in a few others for fun too.

You can choose to use either ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini. You can build agents and setup agentic workflows with all of them. If your company hasn't approved these platforms yet, you can build tools on a personal account & use them for your own work without sharing confidential information. We'll cover best practices for responsible AI use.

No. You'll learn AI tools for PM work, but the bigger skill is managing the relationship: giving context, course-correcting, knowing what to trust it with, and spotting when it's off. The real question isn't "which tool?" — it's "how do I get it to actually deliver?"

The frameworks won't — User → Builder → Designer → Operator is platform-agnostic by design. Specific tools and tactics get refreshed every cohort, and you get unlimited free retakes so you can come back as the technology evolves.

Yes. You will earn 21 PDUs that align with the PMI Talent Triangle, distributed as 7 PDUs in Ways of Working, 7 PDUs in Power Skills, and 7 PDUs in Business Acumen. These PDUs can be applied toward the continuing certification requirements (CCR) for renewing PMI credentials.
