Cohort-based Course

Facilitated exercises and research-based frameworks to turn uncertainty about your next career step into an informed personalized plan.

Course overview

Learn together with a group of PMs with diverse backgrounds.

Let your next role meet your aspirations, play to your strengths, and respect your constraints.

Based on academic research on meaningful work and people development, insights from 5,000 PMs participating in PMDaisy.com, and 15 years of managing my career and mentoring dozens of PMs.

This course is designed for Product Managers with 3+ years of experience who....

01

want to feel inspired by their work and drive meaningful impact while achieving personal goals.

02

are tired of social pressure to work on fancy products, become a VP, manage people, or join a successful startup.

03

feel unsatisfied with their current role but have doubts about what their next step should be.

In this course you will...

Expand your understanding of many different factors that shape a specific Product Manager role

You will explore a wide variety of factors that shape PM roles beyond just title, company size, industry. You will build foundation for evaluation of different roles and will be able to confidently compare them whenever needed.

Design your own system for evaluating each role against what matters to you now

You will reflect on your current and your past experiences, (re)define what matters to you at the current stage of your life. You will create a set of requirements for your next role based on must-haves, nice-to-haves, and do-not-matter parameters that matter to you.

Formulate an authentic strategy to discover what is not written in a job description

You will design a unique set of questions to ask to assess the environment and understand what skills, experience, and what type of personality is the best positioned for success in any given role.

Position your profile to illustrate a match between your experience and what a (hiring) manager is looking for

You will understand how hiring managers are looking at your profile, you will be able produce a compelling and truthful narrative to help them understand why you are the best fit for the role you want.
