Don't worry if you miss one, there will be recordings. But it's best to attend live to take advantage of direct interactions with me and peers, and the breakout sessions.

As it is a weekend seminar we will stick to the 2x2hr sessions. If you would like to immerse yourself in the material, there will be time between the two sessions and I will share some optional pre-seminar reading too. But you can stick to purely the seminar and workshop and get tangible benefit.

It's understandable that plans can change. You can cancel up to 2 weeks before the course starts for a full refund. A 20% cancellation fee will apply up to 1 week prior to the course start date. No refunds for cancellations made within one week of the start of the event, but if your plans change last minute you can transfer to a future cohort.

If you're the one in charge, you can feel confident this course will improve your critical management skills significantly for the benefit of the company, and should feel comfortable expensing it.
