Simple is beautiful. You shouldn't trivialise issues, but sometimes our fears and challenges are due to overestimating the difficulties and overcomplicating what is needed from us to handle difficult situations.

I lead businesses - sometimes building from scratch and sometimes managing large companies through turnaround, buy and build, or high growth phases. Few things are more complex and uncertain. Over a 26-year career in business, 15 as senior exec as CEO/founder and global COO of a top 6 audit organisation, I gained significant experience in managing complexity; and developed several practical frameworks to operate in uncertainty.
During this 2x2 hour weekend seminar, I will share my tried and tested framework for growing a business, and as a leader, when faced with Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Uncertainty. You will leave this seminar confident you have to tools to handle uncertainty driven by macro situations or human behaviour. And, it being the weekend, we'll have some fun to.

Business decisions should be driven by business fundamentals and rationale but they are executed by humans. In fact, executives are always faced with uncertain environments - so how do you make solid decisions when your plan becomes useless overnight, without going into overdrive? What drives your decisions when your plan goes out the window? You'll learn how to build objectivity and flexibility into your plans based on The Fear and Strength Matrix, using the "So What?" Test.
