1 hour Live Session (per week)
  • Burnout 101 - Live Session 1 - Oct 23 (Mon)

    1-2pm EST

    In the first session, participants will gain a deep understanding of the various types of burnout and explore the causes behind employee burnout. Through the assessment, research, and interactive discussions, learners will identify causes and develop burnout recovery plans.

  • Finding Purpose - Live Session 2 - Oct 30 (Mon)

    1-2pm EST

    Session two focuses on the concept of "Purpose." Leaders will discover the significance of connecting meaning and purpose to their roles at work. WARNING: There will be some soul searching as well as strategies for aligning individual values with organizational goals.

  • People Problems - Live Session 3 - Nov 6 (Mon)

    1-2pm EST

    Your team can make or break you. With a focus on "People," learners will gain tools on healthy, productive collaboration strategies. And most importantly a guide on when and when NOT to have a meeting.

  • Performance Revisited - Live Session 4 - Nov 13 (Mon)

    1-2pm EST

    The final session will concentrate on "Performance." Learners will know how to spot strengths for themselves and their team members to help reshape daily tasks. In-depth question guides will help realign workload and scope.
