I teach Strategy and Innovation courses at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston and worked with multiple companies to provide business planning, training, and consulting services in business strategy and operations. Course syllabus
6 Live Workshops With Examples, Business Simulation, and Coaching
4-6 hours per week
Tuesdays & Thursdays
10:00am - 12:00pm EST
We'll have 2-hour live group Zoom sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays to work through major business concepts and business simulations together. The live sessions will be recorded but attendance is recommended to get the most out of the cohort experience.
The course will run from October 10th to October 28, 2022. You'll work independently and in groups on your product, service, and business ideas.
Weekly projects
Student projects
1-4 hours per week
This is a project-driven course where students will be applying the material to a business simulation game. In this game, you will make various strategic and functional decisions representing common themes in business and management.
Office Hours

I will host office hours outside of the lessons throughout the course to provide additional time to answer student questions and give input on their projects. Attendance is voluntary.
