Resilience is no longer a luxury in today’s fast-paced environment, where anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout are rampant among founders and C-suite leaders, PM's and tech managers. It’s not surprising, given that most have never been taught to listen to their body’s signals or effectively self-regulate.


Prolonged high stress levels lead to ‘allostatic overload,’ wearing down the nervous system and resulting in anxiety, reduced performance, and eventual exhaustion. This accumulated emotional debt increases fragility, limiting the capacity to lead with clarity and strength. When our nervous systems are compromised, so is our decision-making, creating a vicious cycle of coping in a state of mild disassociation—far from the ideal state for effective, courageous, and innovative leadership.
