Write your roadmap and learn the best tactics to turn it into reality

Next cohort in February – join the waitlist to help select our meeting time.

Product operations has the potential to be a strategic partner to product leadership, but in reality it’s easy to get swept up to fight every fire. This course will help you focus on the work that will really make a difference, then lead the change management processes to implement it.

What you'll gain: You will define your product operations practice by framing it as a strategic partner to product leadership. During the program, you’ll figure out what product operations should mean within your organization and get inspiration from a tight-knit, global group of product ops professionals. You’ll develop the skills to shape the boundaries between you, the product management team you support, and other departments.

Why it's different: Product operations is a new discipline and every company needs to approach the work differently. This course will help you define your own “best practices” rather than suggesting generic solutions. You will carve out time to work on this with others and have a community to help you refine your ideas.

How we'll do it: I’ll help you set a clear scope for your own product operations work; develop a strategy to get buy-in on that scope; and develop clear goals to track your progress. Along the way, you’ll get feedback not only from me, but from the other students in the program. Instead of focusing on becoming a better tools administrator, we’ll talk about strategies to scale your impact without needing to scale your team.

Who is this course for

01

Solo product ops professionals: Get the external perspective and peer support that you've been craving.

02

Product ops managers on small teams: Build your network and get support from other professionals in the field.

03

Product ops leadership: Take time to craft the big picture and figure out how you're gonna make 2024 transformative for your organization.

What people are saying

I truly have enjoyed your content because I feel seen. A lot of people understand product management but because different organizations don’t know or understand product ops it’s been nice to see and read about different ways of thinking about it.
Anna P.

Anna P.

Director of Product Operations
I wanted to shift our product culture towards a more data-driven approach. Jenny coached our team through this change, enabling us to make informed decisions, align with customer needs, and foster innovation. Jenny has a deep tool belt of techniques and strategies that provided new ways to think and drive collaborative decisions.
Ashley R.

Ashley R.

Director of Product, Cisco
This was a highlight of the conference for me. Jenny did an amazing job of explaining Prod Ops in an accessible way, with artifacts and information I can apply in my world. I appreciated the pace and structure of the session. I went in very skeptical and left with change of heart.

Intro to Product Ops workshop
Jenny taught me practical skills, reminded me of what's most important, and provided some of the best resources I have ever read. She broke down complex concepts into digestible lessons. I learned more about who I am as a leader, saw where I need to develop more, and walked away feeling empowered to make better choices for my team and product.
