Course overview
Ever wish you could walk into a meeting and have executives see you as the strategic leader with the answers? That’s the transformation this bootcamp is here to deliver.
Building a business case can feel intimidating—especially if you’re not a finance expert or you’ve never had to justify your product decisions with numbers. But that’s exactly the skill that sets influential product leaders apart.
Here’s what I hear all the time:
💬 “My manager wants a business case but I don't know where to start.”
💬 “I’m not really a numbers person – how can I justify my product investments?”
💬 “Executives talk about ‘P&L’ impact, but what does that really mean?”
This course is designed to take you from feeling unsure and overwhelmed to confidently building and pitching business cases that get buy-in.
Enrollment is intentionally limited so every participant receives hands-on guidance and actionable feedback.
Over two interactive days, you’ll:
🎭 Practice interviewing users for pricing to uncover what really matters
📊 Build financial models step-by-step, using templates you can take with you
📽️ Practice making and presenting investment decisions as a team
By the end, you’ll be able to:
💝 Choose and defend the right business model for your product
🛠️ Use practical tools to make data-driven decisions
🪢 Speak the language of executives and be seen as “more strategic” in your organization
You’ll walk into meetings ready to present clear, data-driven business cases that get the go-ahead. No more second-guessing or missed opportunities.
I’m Jenny, and connecting product ideas to business opportunity transformed how I was seen in my organization.
As I coached more product managers, I realized this skill could be taught—and could change careers.
That’s what this bootcamp is all about: helping you become the influential, strategic product leader your company needs.
01
Product managers who want to connect their ideas to business outcomes, influence exec decisions, and be seen as strategic leaders.
02
Engineers and designers who are eager to go beyond execution, shape the “why” behind what gets built, and champion ideas that drive impact.
03
Future product leaders who know that mastering business acumen and financial storytelling is the key to unlocking new career opportunities.
We’ll break down business modeling and financial concepts in a straightforward, approachable way—perfect for building these skills.
This is a highly interactive, cohort-based experience. To get the most value, you’ll need to be present for both full days of the workshop.
If you’re eager to be recognized as a strategic thinker and leader within your company, this bootcamp is for you.
