·Cohort-based Course
Learn the neuroscience around the biases that you hold dearly, and how they impact the people you lead
Course overview
We've all struggled with conversations. In reflection, transparent, authentic, and heartfelt conversations are some of our hardest career challenges. Our biases get in our own way.
The best way to accelerate communication practices is to first understand the neuroscience.
01
You want to see how the neural pathways in your brain impact your verbal communication patterns and biases so you can shift how you lead
02
You want to experiment with new micro patterns that evolve your ability to communicate so that you don't fall back on your old ways
03
You want to work with others like you to share ideas, toolkits, and methods so that you are always fostering conversations you want to have
Apply neuroscience to better understand self
Evolve your communication patterns
Inspire others and build your personal toolkit
Leverage your cohort
Learn, grow and collaborate with others who are on the same journey. Your colleagues and cohort will share feedback, learnings, and experiences with each other

01
Apply neuroscience to better understand self
In this lesson, we will connect with the neuroscience around communication. We will explore specific concepts around speech, language and the neurological brain pathways that support communication. We will also identify blockers and/or bias's, and collaborate on patterns and behaviors that can be adopted to relearn how to communicate.
02
Evolve your communication patterns
This lesson explores how your communication patterns directly influence the social networks that are responsible for building value for your customers. You will be challenged to develop a bi-directional communication model that you can share and reuse within your organization for three communication contexts: vision, purpose, and innovation.
03
Inspire others and build your toolkit
This lesson takes the work you've created in the first two lessons and develops your personal library to leverage around words, behaviors, and tactics around your communication context.
