Course syllabus

01

Apply neuroscience to better understand self

In this lesson, we will connect with the neuroscience around communication. We will explore specific concepts around speech, language and the neurological brain pathways that support communication. We will also identify blockers and/or bias's, and collaborate on patterns and behaviors that can be adopted to relearn how to communicate.

02

Evolve your communication patterns

This lesson explores how your communication patterns directly influence the social networks that are responsible for building value for your customers. You will be challenged to develop a bi-directional communication model that you can share and reuse within your organization for three communication contexts: vision, purpose, and innovation.

03

Inspire others and build your toolkit

This lesson takes the work you've created in the first two lessons and develops your personal library to leverage around words, behaviors, and tactics around your communication context.
