I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach trained in the CliftonStrengths methodology, and I’ve guided hundreds of people, managers, team leads, and individual contributors, through pieces of this process: understanding themselves, navigating friction, rebuilding trust, and learning to lead in a way that feels true to who they are.

Before I ever coached anyone, I lived the exact struggle this course addresses, trying to lead like someone else, burning out, and feeling “off” without having the language for why. I learned firsthand how identity, motivation, communication, and emotional patterns shape leadership long before any job title does.
