Cohort-based Course

Master the essential skills for eCom success in 2024. Develop a holistic marketing, product, GTM plan & pitch that gets buy-in & ROI.

Course overview

You want to operate, communicate, deliver ROI like an eCom exec (Director/VP/GM)

But:

1) There's limited insight into all e-commerce growth levers (marketing, product, GTM) - and how macro factors affect them - hampering your creative approach to drive revenue and/or profit.

2) You seek practical frameworks and models for marketing, product management, and GTM (for new features or products) with an emphasis on contingency planning and scalability; to avoid any missed business opportunities and capture new ones.

3) You struggle to secure 2024 funding (media, headcount, technology investments) and measure ROI effectively; leading to conflicting priorities, potentially risking the ability to execute your division’s initiatives.

4) You need a fresh approach to achieve organizational alignment through revised OKRs, KPIs, and new models, to better tie in short-term goals with 1, 3, or 5 year company objectives and unlock full organization buy-in.

5) You have difficulty in winning C-suite and decision-maker support for 2024 strategy and resource allocation; which puts the overall success of of your team at risk.

6) There's insufficient opportunity for you to practice and refine quarterly/yearly plan pitches to secure backing from key budget holders; potentially stagnating your career ambitions and your overall team's perception within the organization.

That's why I built eCommerce 201.

Join the class, and you'll get a full look and application of top eCom learnings & initiatives that have driven >2x growth across growth brands (Vital Proteins, Everlane) and established brands (Nike, Walmart, EA, & Sony).
