Cracking the Product Strategy
One time at Google I missed a promotion. My manager told me I needed to be more strategic.
What did that mean? No one could tell me.
And so began my mission to figure out what strategy really is. I researched. I interviewed people. I sat side-by-side with Asana's co-founder as he developed our product's strategy. I created my own strategies and saw how they succeeded or failed.
During my time at Asana we grew from no revenue to a billion dollar tech unicorn, so I think it's fair to say that we got something right.
Over time I developed a framework for product strategy. I taught it to my team of over 20 PMs. I've presented it to teams at top tech companies. I've coached many PMs and product leaders with it.
If you're a product manager, you probably recognize my name as the co-author of Cracking the PM Interview. And if I'm lucky, you've also heard of my new book, Cracking the PM Career.
What do those books and this course have in common? They all come from my passion for helping more people become great product managers.
I believe great PMs are made, not born. I want to teach you the skills, frameworks, and practices to become a great product manager.
