I’ve successfully honed these methods and tools with individuals from 0 to 25+ years of work experience. That said, I recommend a minimum of 3 years of experience to get the most from this course. Beyond that, the more experience you have to draw from, the more fun we’ll have crafting your narrative.

Yes. Before the course, you’ll be asked to log into the Maven community, submit your existing resume, and answer a few questions about your dream jobs. This is so that I can review your materials in advance and better tailor how to target your goals.

Yes. During the course, we’ll cover as many hands-on exercises in live sessions as we can to minimize homework. That said, you’ll get the most out of the course by setting aside additional time each day to apply what you’ve learned. Homework will focus on practical results, e.g. finessing your job search plan, pitch, resume, etc.

I believe in small-group learning. Classes are capped to a maximum of 10 people.

This course is designed to give you the confidence, professional branding, and tools to pursue your dream job. We’ll use your resume as the primary vehicle to hone this. So yes, you'll walk away with the best resume you've ever had. But the resume is just one tool in your kit.

If you enjoy hearing others talk about their passions, then yes, this course will make networking feel more natural, fun, and productive.

The focus of this course is not on interview skills. That said, you will hone a professional pitch to approach new connections with confidence. This will serve as a foundational step for your future interviews.

Live sessions will be recorded for later viewing. That said, I highly recommend attending live. There's simply no substitute for live learning and receiving feedback from your instructor and peers!
