I'm a proud Iraqi who has been trained by one of the greatest copywriters, Alex Cattoni. Copywriting is a skill that changed my professional life! 

I came from a medical educational background and was encouraged to seek a career in the medical field. However, pursuing copywriting opened a world of opportunity for me. I currently work at LG, an international company, and have the pleasure of mentoring others into the world of copywriting with Iraqi innovators.

I am thrilled to help Iraqis achieve their dream and seek unprecedented career opportunities.

Introduction to Copywriting

You'll learn the basics of copywriting, the difference between good and bad content, and key terminology. You'll see how this fits in with brand development.


Briefs, Ideas and Creativity

What are briefs and how do you understand them? What should you ask a client for to develop an effective brief?

Then putting that brief into action, you'll learn how to brainstorm new ideas and overcome creative blocks.


The Power of Selling

Learn how to sell through storytelling, developing USPs, and psychological triggers. This module will introduce you to the consumer's psyche and understand how to influence people to make a purchase.


Writing for Web and Headlines

Learn how to develop strong headlines to entice your reader, and write for websites.


Social Media Ads and Campaigns

Learn to write copy for multiple social media platforms and develop ad campaigns


Speakers Week

Hear from local and international copywriting experts about their journey within the marketing and advertising sector, and learn more about where you can find your place.


Script Writing for TV, Video, and Audio

Learn about the different types of media and how to develop scripts for each.


Develop your Niche & the Role of AI

How can you stand out from the crowd if you publish online? How can you find your niche?

The End

For the last session, we'll go through key skills and tips for landing your first job and showcasing your work. From understanding how much to charge, to approaching clients, we'll help you gain the confidence to take the plunge in the world of copywriting!

    2 hours per week

    At the end of every session, you will be given an assignment which must be completed before the next session.

    Every assignment is reviewed by your trainer where you will receive feedback.
