I've spent 15 years in the gap between learning science and products that actually get built.

At Sabancı University, I managed 50+ learning specialists. I consulted Fortune 500 companies—Stellantis, TOFAŞ, Franklin Covey—on AI and learning design. I earned EAQUALS Teacher of the Year 2023 and published a course on Neo Skola completed by thousands.

But everywhere I looked: EdTech optimizing for engagement while learning flatlined. Educators who couldn't translate expertise into specs. Founders building without understanding what drives learning.

So I founded inspAIre and moved to the Netherlands to build it myself.

I'm teaching this course because I've been on both sides of the gap, and I've built the bridge.
