With experience working across the public sector, INGOs, grassroots movements, and purpose-led businesses, she has helped social impact practitioners worldwide tackle complex challenges through innovative strategies, empowering learning experiences, and systemic change frameworks.


As the founder of Ijeruka and former program manager for Advaya, Anwulika has curated and hosted over 1,000 participants in learning journeys to catalyse transformative leadership and action. She currently works as a Senior Learning Designer at Apolitical, where she equips civil servants to lead in the Age of AI.
