When to workshop
We will first look at the use cases where it might be beneficial to conduct a workshop - from research, through design and marketing there are many opportunities to bring this into your work today.

Workshop UX Design
Let's get creating! The design of the workshop begins long before the session starts. Learn how to create the right messaging, and the right design of the session itself.

The role of the facilitator
We will focus on the importance of the role of the facilitator, and how to provide the right scaffolding within sessions to maximise success.

Workshop lab
Run your first workshop as a group and get feedback from experts and peers.
