Cohort-based Course

If you've ever wanted to build or teach a course, this is the perfect place to start. Engage your learners and command a room.

Course overview

Design and deliver life-changing courses.

Simply being an expert is not enough to create an engaging and effective learning experience. Through this crash course, we'll give you all of the tools you need to create and deliver an incredible course, whether that's online or in real life. You'll see real-life examples and tactics used to create learning experiences at Apple, Obama for America, General Assembly, and more. This course also includes optional 1-to-1 office hours with Andre.

This course is for you if...

01

You have skills & knowledge you'd like to share with the world.

02

You want to create a course that people actually learn from.

03

You want to be able to command a room as a facilitator.

What you’ll get out of this course

Break your knowledge down into a viable course.

You have a tremendous amount of knowledge, skills, and experience. During this course, we'll help you break it all down so you can turn them into an incredible course.

Design engaging & effective learning.

We believe that learning should be fun, immersive, challenging, and ultimately life-changing. By the end of this course, that's exactly the kind of experience you'll be able to design for your learners.

Command a room, whether it's for a meeting or a course.

Being able to seamlessly run a class or meeting may be the closest thing we can imagine to a superpower. Facilitation is what happens when you combine persuasion with public speaking. And that's exactly what we'll teach you.

Manage the logistics of learning.

When it comes to delivering a dazzling adult learning experience, it really comes down to the details. During this course, you'll learn about tactics used at Apple, Obama for America, General Assembly, and Huge Inc, to create magical learning experiences.

What people are saying

Andre practices what he preaches. I come from an engineering design background and have been struggling with the design and development of an information product. The content enabled me to extend 25 years of experience and UXD knowledge into the learning experience.

I create a lot of "decks" in my business meant for teaching and this totally changed my frame for how to do this. The most useful thing was going through a clear process that I could take note of and apply later when I'm creating my next course.
