As an Engineering Manager, you won’t inherit a high-performing team overnight—you’ll need to build it. In today’s fast-paced tech landscape, engineering management is evolving and becoming more demanding. This 4-week course is designed to equip Engineering Managers with the modern tools, approaches, and strategies needed to navigate the new reality and lead teams that thrive under pressure and deliver results.
