Directional leverage isn't just for product managers.
We can also set strategy to let others shape direction within it.
Efficiency starts with being effective in all leadership pathways. After that, processes optimisations, and metrics can be of help.
It's not enough to be aligned, you also need to be commercially minded.
To lead technically, you have to represent the technology itself. But tech can't talk, so you need to influence things on it's behalf.
Time for you to reflect on your own business and role, what one thing would have the most impact? How can you make that happen?
Use the coaching session in this module to work that through and make it so.
