I published my first book in 1999, a travel guide about my second home town Prague in Czech Republic. From there I published by average one book per year, most of them in the travel industry or business books (and one fairy tale).
Little did I know that those books started my 6-figure writing career which includes blogging, speaking, multiple guest podcast episodes and online courses.
Working in the software industry as my main profession, I am writing daily about various topics and created a weekly series on LinkedIn running already for 250+ weeks.
Thanks to my blog and course the legendary social media management vendor Hootsuite found and hired me. Later I enhanced their Social Selling course as well.
In 2023 I released my business book "Connect & Act - Systematic Social Selling" with more to come. In Sydney I teach topics such as social media for authors, book writing, and online course creation.
Every second week I review business books with comprehensive interviews of fellow authors from Australia, America or Europe with the intent to help upcoming authors to find their voice.
My course "Monetize Your Book" brings the experience of my 24 books, 450+ articles in print media, and years of social media blogging into a dedicated program to help fellow writers to earn in a holistic view - and start to make a living from writing.
Course schedule
4-6 hours per week
Live Session on Wednesdays
12pm - 1:30pm PST / 3pm - 4:30pm EST
These live sessions with the whole group are running every Thursday for 6 weeks. Participants in other timezones join at 9-10.30pm CET in Europe and next day 7-8.30am AEDT in Sydney/Melbourne.
Weekly homework
1-2 hours per week
Worksheets and projects are designed to review your own activities and come up with ideas to take the learning into action. We will review the outcome to build on the foundation with accountability in the group.
Office Hours on Mondays
12pm - 1pm PST / 3pm - 4pm EST
If you got stuck over the weekend and would like to ask questions, I dedicate this time slot per week (and for the two weeks after the program) to ask any question or share some of your work to discuss your progress.
