Lead Together
Susan is a catalyst and coach who believes that awareness and discernment is the key to everything. She spent 20+ years in traditional organizations, and now accompanies progressive leaders and organizations on their transformational journeys.
Defined by some as an organisational healer, Lucia brings her passion about connection, depth and exploration to the world of collective leadership. She integrates self-management practices, conscious leadership frameworks, social innovation tools and others as she keeps learning and unlearning.
An open-hearted iconoclast, Stefan helps groups unleash collective sensemaking, radical innovation and shared alignment. He loves to support clients, students and peers as they discover the courage and capability to practice new ways of collaborating and being together.

Deliberately leveraging the needs of the business as a platform for personal development allows for ongoing, sustainable business growth. Business growth in turn creates new opportunities for personal development. Creating routi
06
Emergent Strategy
In environments where speed and complexity are becoming the norm, leaders are called upon to see and integrate all that is evolving around them.
