Meet your instructors

Govind Wakhlu

VP of Product & Design @Pavilion. Director @ Turo. Product Manager @ Meta.

Govind has 13 years of experience as a product manager and people manager. He's built products with up to $550 million in revenue and 300 million MAU. He is very proud of his role in helping Turo grow from $25M to $350 million in revenue while hitting gross margin profitability. Currently, he leads product and design at the B2B marketplace, Pavilion.

Govind has managed teams for 7 years, and has coached dozens of PMs in the last decade through his day job, at First Round's mentorship program and through his advisory work with startups.

Govind has a BS in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Illinois Tech and lives in San Francisco with his wife.

Rutuja Hingne

Product Management Leader: Former Lead @Affirm; Ex-Meta, Microsoft. Product Consultant.

Rutuja is an Outcomes driven Product leader with 15+ years of PM experience building successful consumer and monetization products. She is passionate about building out mentoring and coaching programs to attract and nurture PM talent, and co-founded the PM Career Exploration Program at Meta and Program to Attract and Grow PM Talent at Affirm.

Over the years, she has mentored and coached several PM’s to break into Product Management and grow their impact and job satisfaction in 1:1 and small group format.

Rutuja has MS in EE from University of Maryland, Baltimore County and lives in Amsterdam with her husband and 2 kids.
