Fifteen years ago, my brain hit a wall.


I was working in a high-pressure role while caring for my terminally ill mother. My nervous system was in overdrive, I couldn’t sleep, and even the simplest tasks felt impossible.


Like most folks, I kept going, thinking everything would be okay - until one day, I couldn’t hold it together. I crashed and burned.


Nidra napping was one of the practices that helped me rebuild. It reset my nervous system, boosted my energy levels and helped me find my way back.


I learned the hard way that energy is my most precious currency. With it, anything is possible. Without it, nothing meaningful happens.


Now, I’m on a mission to redefine how we work and empower fellow founders to rebel against the cult of busyness through the transformative power of deep rest and intentional energy management.
