Course syllabus

Day 1

  • Kick-off with the Courageous Feedback 6-step framework for prepping for and holding effective feedback conversations
  • Recognize your own emotions when delivering and receiving feedback
  • Describe how psychological safety and emotional awareness contribute to productive work environments
  • Learn our preferred feedback model for delivering feedback

Day 2

  • Review and practice feedback models
  • Show how effective feedback results in improved professional performance
  • Learn how to receive feedback with active listening and managing emotions
  • Reflect on how feedback can be used to develop leadership competencies

1:1 Coaching

We will help you to do a deeper prep for your upcoming feedback conversation.

Course Schedule

4 hours per session

  • 9:00 am -1:30 pm eastern

    We provide a 30-minute lunch break at approximately noon eastern.

  • 1:1 Prep Session

    You will be provided a link to schedule upon completion of the program.
