Course syllabus

Intro to Blockchain-Based Communities
Learn the fundamentals of blockchain technology, within the context of community-building. Understand how it influences everything in Web3 from crypto to NFTs to DAOs, and why things like data rights and micropayments will increasingly matter over the next 15 years.

Community-Market Fit
If you're familiar with Product-Market Fit, Community-Market Fit sits one step prior (in the validation phase) that helps you build something people actually want. It addresses the issue of traditional products that are built and launched to crickets, but within the context of Web3 and beyond.

Meta-Community Canvas
In startups, there's a framework known as the Business Model Canvas. But there's currently no standard for community models within the Web3 space, which has unique elements such as tokenomics and legal considerations. The Meta-Community Canvas (MCC) is used with clients to help build stronger blockchain-based community strategies.

Tools & Best Practices
Learn the most popular tools that exist to help transition or manage your community more effectively. We'll cover best practices when looking to migrate or if you're just starting out in a new startup (with real-world case studies).
