Christian held various FP&A and leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Squarespace, and Datarails. During this time, he has been responsible for career development, coaching, and daily tasks of over 20 direct reports.
Christian discovered his passion for teaching when he led the Finance Learning and Development team at Unilever, creating Finance courses for his colleagues.
To continue to develop his own skill set, Christian earned his MBA at NYU Stern School of Business, specializing in Leadership and Change Management.
He created FP&A Bootcamp to help Finance professionals who don’t have access to experienced mentors as Christian had at P&G and Unilever.

Tactics, Cheatsheets, and Frameworks
Don't expect just theory and principles. Christian shares best practices that he has seen work across industries. Expect to walk away from each workshop with financial planning and analysis best practices and resources that you can immediately apply to your day-to-day at work.
01
Financial Storytelling
Effective reporting can achieve more than simply sharing the latest business results.
You can provide early detection of potential issues before they become problems. You can influence strategy setting, by highlighting the metrics that matter. And you can use reporting as a tool to create more accountability in areas that lack critical visibility.
02
Presenting Financials
How you present financial information matters. If you don’t just want to inform, but also influence senior decision-makers, then you need to learn how to tell stories with numbers. You need to do so in a way that is clear, concrete, credible, and memorable.
03
Business Partnering
You add value by being a sparring partner for your business partners on strategy and execution, by creating visibility of results, and by raising accountability. You need to do all that without having formal authority. As a result, you need to learn how to build professional relationships and trust.
04
Budget Management
FP&A can be seen as a neutral third party whose mission is to ensure company funds are spent wisely. It's your role to help find the right balance to achieve sustainable growth at the right level of profitability. You will learn how to challenge your business partners on the budget while building the relationship at the same time.
05
Financial Modelling
The magic of a well-crafted financial model is that it results in one number declaring the potential of a complex project. You will become intimately familiar with the most commonly used models, understand their advantages and shortcomings, and gain confidence in knowing when to apply them.
06
Planning & Forecasting
Annual planning can get hectic. It’s also a time to take a step back and think about the business strategically. Having the right approach to planning is critical. You will learn to lead the planning process end to end. You’ll master top-down and bottom-up forecasting to improve accuracy and enable organizational learning in-year.
Use your firm's Learning & Development Budget
Since FP&A Bootcamp teaches job-relevant skills, many of our past students received tuition reimbursement from their employer.
