Fiby enjoys transforming individuals and teams, as well as leading initiatives aimed at enhancing people's capability and learning in organisations. He oversaw the learning function to support change in a fast-paced environment, which included new ways of working, upskilling, and reskilling.

Fiby was in charge of the Learning and Development Strategy for financial services firms. He identified key learning needs and acknowledged business strategy for change in order to implement HR & OD interventions.

For the purpose of initiating Organization Development interventions, he consults with all business levels, including the C-suite.
