The Balanced Scorecard is a strategic performance management tool popularised in the 1990s by Robert Kaplan and David Norton. It encourages a well-rounded view of an organization's success, as its name implies.
Kaplan and Norton outline the four main areas an organisation should track in order to generate sustainable value. By taking this class, you may better coordinate your organization's efforts with its long-term goals.

Fiby enjoys transforming individuals and teams, as well as leading initiatives aimed at enhancing people's capability and learning in organisations. He oversaw the learning function to support change in a fast-paced environment, which included new ways of working, upskilling, and reskilling.
Fiby was in charge of the Learning and Development Strategy for financial services firms. He identified key learning needs and acknowledged business strategy for change in order to implement HR & OD interventions.
