With over 15 years of experience in people management, head of talent acquisition, and DEI strategy program management, she has dedicated her career to fostering inclusive workplaces and driving impactful organisational change.


Her journey spans leadership roles in prominent global organisations, including Meta, Booking.com, Zalando, Wayfair, and Criteo, where she has consistently delivered on the promise of equal opportunity and workplace inclusion through strategic, data-driven, and empathetic approaches.

    10:00 - 11:30 AM CET

    Each session is 1.5h live with instructor mixing theory and interactive exercises relevant to the day-to-day of recruiters.

    • We run the session with min 5 - max 12 participants per session for optimal engagement.
    • We run 2 Cohorts for each program (Foundations and Mastery) monthly,
