What people are saying

I learned so much in such a short amount of time and if you're thinking of taking this course, do it! In each session, we had plenty of time to discuss real-life scenarios and get feedback from Katie and the rest of the group on how best to approach it. Katie also left us with plenty of resources to reference after the class ended.

Being able to effectively deliver feedback will make or break your ability to manage and lead your team, as I very much learned in my early years at Yelp.

In the last 20 years, I've managed, trained, and been responsible for the development of thousands of people.

I've seen first hand how critical it is for people managers to balance care, timeliness, and clarity to drive the behavior and performance changes their people deserve and the business needs.

The purpose of this course is to share with you the core mindsets and tactics that helped me transform from a manager who put off feedback to a leader who was known for high impact, thoughtful feedback delivery.

If you're a people manager, leader, or team lead, this course is for you.
