1. Learn from Industry Leaders:
- Engage with big tech executives and acquire essential skills and tools for success in the tech industry.
- Dive into Cloud and AI (including generative AI and AI agents), project coordination, product management, enterprise sales, and founder/entrepreneur pathways of your choice.
- Develop and refine your human-centric skills (growth mindset, empathy, teamwork, creativity, leading in uncertainty, and collaborating in global cross-functional teams).
- Learn advanced prompt engineering and agentic workflows to build your career portfolio and showcase your skills at the AI for Career Hackathon.
2. Personalized Mentorship:
- Receive customised guidance and constructive feedback from your senior industry mentors from Microsoft, LinkedIn, IBM, and EDUTech Future (ex-BCG, ex-Microsoft) committed to your long-term career success.
- Upskill and land non-tech local, regional and global job interviews for your dream career.
- Optional CV and a cover letter review + mock interview for all participants (live online and async mode)
3. Hands-On Projects and Portfolio Building:
- Tackle real-world projects and challenges assigned to you.
- Develop a robust portfolio showcasing your transferable skills, accomplishments, and practical experience.
- Pitch your team project at the AI for Career Bootcamp with global jury.
4. Community Connection:
- Join a vibrant and supportive community of global peers.

5. Optional Singapore Tech Immersion:
- Explore an exciting 3-day personalized face-to-face networking and learning journey in Singapore. The separate US$580 cost includes networking lunches and dinners, curated fireside chats with C-Suite executives and 1:1 meetups.
- Engage in edutainment activities, including visits to the headquarters of the big tech companies, sightseeing, and masterclasses with industry trailblazers.
Note: The 3-day Singapore component excludes flights, hotel, visa, other meals, transport, and miscellaneous expenses. It will run onsite in Singapore for 5 to 15 participants (upon request).
For standalone Singapore Tech Immersion, the cost is US$780.

In this masterclass, Assel will share her mid-career journey from zero tech experience to securing a non-tech job at Microsoft, passing the AWS non-tech loop from the first try, and navigating global interviews at TikTok with no referral.
