5. Optional Singapore Tech Immersion:

- Engage in edutainment activities, including visits to the headquarters of the big tech companies, sightseeing, and masterclasses with industry trailblazers.
Note: The 3-day Singapore component excludes flights, hotel, visa, other meals, transport, and miscellaneous expenses. It will run onsite in Singapore for 8 to 20 participants.

In this masterclass, Assel will share her mid-career journey from zero tech experience to securing a non-tech job at Microsoft, passing the AWS non-tech loop from the first try, and navigating global interviews at TikTok with no referral.
