Course overview
The best way to build great products is to treat Product Discovery as important as Product Delivery.
This course will teach you proven techniques that will help you build products with confidence.
🎯 When you skip the Discovery phase in the product lifecycle, you are wandering in the dark during the execution phase. You can only hope 🙏 that most of your assumptions will turn right on the launch of your product.
Very often, they don't and you have a tremendous waste of all resources behind them.
Most people think Product Discovery is not an important part of the product lifecycle, but actually, it is essential.
Including Product Discovery at the beginning of the process would help you in multiple ways.
👉 You will gain more clarity about what kind of product you are building and what 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 it brings to end users.
👉 You will define end users 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 by creating user personas.
👉 You will research the market and find products' unique value propositions.
👉 You will meet users in user interviews and find out opportunities to help them.
👉 You will set a measurable hypothesis that will help you measure the product's success.
👉 You will create user journeys that will help you improve the user experience while using the product.
👉 You will create wireframes and prototypes that you can test without investing a single $ in the full design and development
👉 You will have a mutual understanding of the expected delivery with your client. This will clear out a lot of possible troubles later in the product delivery.
👉 Oh, and the product requirements will be easier to produce with more accurate details.
