Course overview

Are you a servant leader invested in others? It's time to invest in yourself.

While Agile certification courses cover processes and mindsets for teams and organizations, this career-focused course is for you, the Agile leader. In it, you will learn and apply skills in emotional intelligence, systems thinking, and data-driven process improvement that will raise your confidence, expand your expertise, and turn Agile "book knowledge" into real-life results that get noticed.

During our 20-year careers working at Fortune 100 financial services companies, we have directly managed and participated in performance and promotion calibrations for hundreds of people in Agile, program, and project management roles. We've had the opportunity to develop a strong and reliable point-of-view on what differentiates top performance for Agilists. Now we'd love to teach you!

What people are saying

Knowing your value and how to effectively express it is important to your success. To get to that state requires you to know yourself and how to excite and build focused and outcome based teams and organizations. To get there you need two of the best Agilists, Marie and Doug, to guide you through an open honest dialog of discovery and realization.
