Course overview
The calendar affects your focus, which in turn affects your ability to do valuable work. The purpose of this course is to help you become confident in leading productive meetings so you and your team can make better use of your time together.
Each lesson will include step-by-step instruction, real-life examples, and opportunities for you to apply the concepts in your own context.
The weekly workshops are highly interactive. They will build upon each other to create a toolbox of reusable resources for your immediate use. By the end of the course, you will have everything you need to begin facilitating truly productive meetings with confidence.
Group discounts are available for teams of 6 or more. Please contact me at dmichalec5@gmail.com for more information.
01
Your team spends the majority of their day in unstructured discussions, meetings about meetings, and status updates.
02
Your team is notorious for slow decision making, axle-wrapping tangents, and/or unhealthy meeting dynamics.
03
You notice loss in post-meeting follow through, low trust in the team, and calls for more checkins with higher ups.
Many think an agenda alone is sufficient when sending a meeting invitation, however, a clear purpose is more beneficial for ensuring productive meetings.
That's why we'll go beyond an agenda and produce a 4 point invitation outline that simply works.
A facilitator's role is not just to lead activities, but to make it easier for people to achieve a shared goal through intentional connection.
That's why we'll focus on facilitation principles that unleash everyone's ability to fully engage.
The meeting doesn't end when you hit 'log off,' it ends when everyone knows what's up next, its importance to them, and their role in helping the team drive post-meeting impact.
That's why we'll craft meeting followups that build confidence and follow through.
Having an a-ah! moment is great, but sharing it with people you've formed a bond with during a learning experience is even better.
That's why we'll provide opportunities for deeper connection even after the course ends.

I have devoted my career to help advance a vision. A vision where the majority of people wake up every day feeling connected to others through shared purpose, and end the day fulfilled by the contributions of their work. My tool of choice to enact that vision is facilitation.
My experiences as a professional facilitator have led me to countless workshops in the past 5 years with companies all over the world. As a Product Coach at Pathfinder Product, I've helped product teams make improvements to how they collaborate, enabling them to focus on building things people love to use.
