Topics covered

What Business Development, Marketing, and Networking REALLY are and How to do Them Well

When you contact a fellow law student, you are networking. Learn how to reach out to others and be known as a go-to person. Create a system where people call you and clients flow in.

Build a MVLP - Minimum Viable LinkedIn Profile

People look you up on LinkedIn to get a sense of who you are. Where did you go to law school? Who do you know in common? What organizations do you champion? For attorneys, LinkedIn is less about getting clients than giving them confidence you are a respectable professional.

Create a realistic action plan to implement without losing your mind

What organizations do you join? How can you get more from your membership? Too many programs offer the entire midnight buffet. You'll identify the approachable pieces that you can actually do.

Maintaining, Nurturing, and Staying the Course

The early sessions will be about building a foundation with your client systems. Once the plane takes off, we want to focus on being on auto-pilot. That way you can put energies into your law practice.

Diane gave a fabulous presentation with phenomenal handouts on effective networking strategies. Her presentation was as informative as it was entertaining and engaging. I highly recommend Diane for speaking or consulting work as it relates to branding, networking, and helping to define effective strategies to build meaningful connections.
