Course overview

Learn how to define and showcase the strategic value of your team

Do you find that...

Your stakeholders keep expecting you to "do more with less" while changing priorities mid-stream?

Or, that your team isn't set up for the success you all deserve?

Or, maybe you're just ready to do a strategic reset with your team leading into the next quarter?

This course will guide you through the steps to create and execute on your strategy, including defining your team's purpose and articulating their value.

You'll have a clearer understanding of the differences between purpose, mission, vision, guiding principles, strategy, and goals, and how they all tie together. Your stakeholders, team members, and partners will see why your strategic leadership approach distinguishes you as a leader.

You'll also learn how to align the strategy with the day-to-day operations of your team, ensuring that you're all delivering high-value outcomes efficiently, while energizing versus draining them.

This course is for you if...

01

You're a leader of leaders who has the skills to deliver great solutions, yet feels less equipped (or supported!) to build a cohesive team.

02

You are an aspiring leader of leaders who wants to be prepared for that promotion, and you know your technical skills aren't enough.

03

You're tired of: fighting fires; feeling overwhelmed, undervalued, and overworked.

You are ready to level up your strategic plan!
