Course overview

Turn complex work into compelling stories, by thinking in frameworks

Storytelling is beyond what you say, it’s how you think.

At work, storytelling is about bringing order to chaos, clarity to complexity, and confidence to the room.

Whether you’re driving alignment, influencing decisions, or positioning your work, strategic storytelling helps you do it faster, sharper, and with lasting impact.

Strategic storytelling is no longer a nice-to-have, it’s a non-negotiable skill for navigating ambiguity, aligning teams, and driving decisions.

This course treats storytelling as a thinking tool, a way to structure complexity effectively.

In 9 hours of live instruction, you will distill ambiguity into structured narratives, translate data into decision-driving insights, and elevate your work from visible to memorable.

Before the course begins, you’ll complete a reflection exercise to define your focus. Whether it’s a stakeholder narrative, portfolio story, product site, research deck, or interview prep, you’ll work on that tangible outcome from week one and shape it with me throughout.

What makes this course different:

It’s built around your real work

You’ll refine actual stakeholder updates, pitch decks, interview stories, or product narratives. Every session pushes your current work forward.

You’ll learn how to think in frameworks

You will apply advanced frameworks to clarify your message and communicate across levels, from IC to C-suite. You will learn how to frame work for executive audiences, distill product strategy, and structure influence, skills that grow with your role, team, and scope.

You will use AI as your cognitive co-pilot

You will use AI to iterate faster, extract sharper insights, and prototype narratives more effectively. Think of it as your thinking partner. You will learn tools and processes to generate compelling outputs, prompt with precision, clean up messy data, and present it clearly.

Built for Complex Workflows

We go beyond founder origin stories and TED-style talks. You’ll learn to work on real material, stakeholder updates, product briefs, research synthesis, portfolio narratives, and leave with stories that hold up in the room you are presenting.

The format is live, focused, and fast-paced

Through case reviews, synthesis drills, and rapid feedback, you’ll build your narrative muscle under pressure.

You get a thinking partner

Your 30-minute 1:1 jam session is a focused working session. You bring the story, challenge, or artifact. I bring strategic pressure, pattern recognition, and a second brain. I will be your thought partner, collaborator, and sounding board, whatever helps you sharpen your thinking and amplify your impact.

This course is built for professionals working at the edge of complexity, where you lead messy initiatives, own cross-functional projects, and need to translate depth into clarity without dumbing it down.

Who is this course for

A Founder or Exec who needs to turn strategic thinking into clear, compelling narratives that teams, investors, and customers understand.

Prerequisites

  • Curiosity about clarity

You’re ready to explore how storytelling can improve the way you communicate, collaborate, and lead, even if you’re not doing it yet.

  • Real work to apply the frameworks to

The course is hands-on. You’ll practice storytelling on something real. Past, present, or upcoming. So the work sticks.

  • Comfort with giving and receiving feedback

Storytelling improves through critique. You’ll learn as much by giving feedback as you will by receiving it.

What you’ll get out of this course

Learn to craft concise, compelling narratives about your work, stakeholder decks, or your personal websites.

Write a real-world story you can use. Make it clear, persuasive, and rooted in substance. Get structured feedback to sharpen it.

Incorporate AI as a thought partner and learn AI tools. Learn actionable steps to use AI that works for you effectively and efficiently.

Use AI to brainstorm, organize, and refine your stories. Learn how to prompt and edit without losing your voice or intent.

Use storytelling frameworks like STAR, Freytag, and insight mapping to distill complex ideas into structured clarity.

Think in frameworks so your ideas are understood, remembered, and acted on. Learn how to apply structure without losing nuance.

Translate messy research or data into decision-driving narratives that speak your stakeholder’s language.

Turn insights into takeaways that lead to action. Align your narrative with what your audience cares about.

Present your thinking with more influence by learning how to pace, sequence, and frame your work like a story.

Shape your message to fit the moment. Learn how to guide attention, build tension, and land your point in meetings or pitches.

Build a flexible storytelling toolkit you can reuse across jobs, industries, and functions, not just in one format.

Leave with ready-to-use templates, techniques, and structures that adapt to different roles, teams, and communication styles.

Practice using storytelling as a problem-solving tool and not just a communication tool, to frame ambiguity and unlock alignment.

Use storytelling to clarify thinking during strategy work or synthesis. Move from confusion to clarity with structured reflection.
