Derya Isler
Derya is the CEO and Founder of Strategic AI Leadership, where she helps companies transform through targeted AI investments and scalable AI solutions.
She has served in executive AI roles and led product and engineering teams at multi-billion dollar companies, including Instagram Reels at Meta and Spotify's Personalization team.
She teaches Machine Learning and Product Management at Boston College and draws from over 10 years of experience building AI products. Derya also serves as a startup advisor at multiple global accelerators.
