Dee has scaled revenue and led prominent businesses to cash-flow & Unit-economic profitability, through product and pricing improvements. Her journey has spanned startups backed by Sequoia, Andreessen, GV & Founders Fund, and Google, Microsoft and IBM Research.
Dee started her career as an engineer in ad-tech, where she wrote models that made and saved millions in split second decisions. In 2016 she transitioned to product management. And most recently to a hybrid GM-PM role, where she's been responsible for strategy, execution and alignment across the org stack. Starting with the Board and CEO : accountable for unit-economics, growth and cash. To hands-on across Product, Ops, CX, Marketing and Eng teams: delivering high-NPS customer experiences.
