Artificial Intelligence is reshaping how leaders make choices. Done well, AI can expand options, surface insights, and accelerate learning. Done poorly, it can magnify bias, create false certainty, and undermine trust.

This course equips leaders to use AI responsibly at every stage of the decision process; from framing problems and generating options to analyzing tradeoffs, executing choices, and learning from outcomes. Participants will leave with practical frameworks, tested workflows, and an AI-augmented toolkit for making better decisions in complex, uncertain environments.
