David Mead

David Mead

I’ve experienced amazing, as well as incredibly toxic, leadership. I know first-hand the difference it makes to our human experience. I've dedicated my career to ensuring that as many people as possible experience leadership at its best.


During the past 13 years I have had the amazing experience of traveling to 21 countries to work with over 300 companies like Disney, Apple and LinkedIn. In that time, I discovered a pattern that is present with every leader worth following. This course teaches how to recreate that pattern in your own leadership.


I worked with best-selling author and thought leader Simon Sinek from 2009 - 2019. In 2017, I co-authored Find Your Why, with Peter Docker and Simon Sinek. It has sold over 500,000 copies and is translated into 25 languages.


Since December, 2019 I’ve focused on helping leaders and teams implement simple but powerful ideas that allow them to influence others with genuine humanity, no matter their role or title.

You'll identify the specific traits and characteristics of the best leaders you've had so you can learn to model them yourself. You'll also learn and apply the first trait of magnetic leadership - Honesty

A time for informal discussion and questions with David on the previous module's content.

Module 2: Humility

You'll learn and apply the 2nd trait of magnetic leadership - Humility - and how it can not only help you recognize your fallibility but feel more confident in your strengths.

Module 3: Humanity

We'll explore the last trait of magnetic leadership - Humanity - and create an action plan to focus all 3 traits you've learned to a specific situation and relationship you want to improve.
