I’m a certified coach, leadership trainer, learning consultant, and former HR manager with over 20 years of experience helping professionals grow through better communication. I’ve worked across nearly every industry—from manufacturing to healthcare to banking—with a special focus on high tech.

I’ve helped teams collaborate more effectively, coached leaders through tough conversations, and taught thousands how to adapt their style to connect with others. Empathy is my superpower, and it’s at the heart of everything I teach. This course was created to give people the tools to reduce conflict, build trust, and lead with more clarity and confidence.
