Course overview

Master the journey from identifying career direction to succeeding on the job

This course will empower you to take control of your career destiny and accomplish your goals.

I help you get off the hamster wheel of simply constantly applying to jobs and hearing crickets. I teach you how to supplement those applications with personal outreach (networking) in a way that doesn’t feel cringey.

We’ll start by ensuring that you have clarity on what you might like to do. It’s better to take a moment to reflect on where your strengths and interests might best be applied than to start randomly applying to jobs.

I demonstrate how to craft career documents (resume, LinkedIn profile, and cover letter) that open doors for you.

I will teach you land and prepare for meetings and interviews. It's a methodical approach that few people practice.

I cover the vital topics that other career coaches gloss over, like evaluating and negotiating job offers and getting off on the right foot in a new job.

You'll do this in a supportive setting where you'll not only get expert advice but also share your challenges and successes in a cohort where you'll build new relationships with other growth-minded people.
