I've done this through leading people myself and helping build leaders who amplify others.

Course syllabus

Environment Alignment

Re-onboard yourself into your company values, mission, and strategy. Reflect on your systems and ways of working to ensure you can translate company needs to your team.

Value Alignment

Discover who your team is and how they want to show up. Understand where they came from, how that influences what they stand for, and ultimately, how that connects to company values.

Mission Alignment

Define the cross-section of personal growth and company impact. Uncover what drives your team's values personally and professionally, and connect that to the impact they want to make on company goals and objectives.

Roadmap Alignment

Design your leadership plan to achieve personal growth and company impact, amplifying people and creating an impactful team. Co-create (with your team) the growth path that adapts to who you are, not the other way around. Create an environment that enables and amplifies.

Course schedule

4-6 hours per week
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays

    5:00pm - 6:30pm PST

    Days and times are approximate and may change slightly based on the availability of those who sign up.


    If these times don't work for you, please contact me and we will make something work for you.

  • Weekly projects

    2 hours per week

    We will have 2 projects to complete through this course:

    • Reflect and assess
    • Define and act


    Each project will contribute to your 90 day leadership plan and we'll have plenty of time during our sessions to trade feedback.
