I've built this toolkit over the past 5 years, 1,000s of hours of training and facilitation, and will onboard you into exactly what you need to do to go from managing people and output to leading teams and outcomes.

Re-onboard yourself into your company values, mission, and strategy. Reflect on your systems and ways of working to ensure you can translate company needs to your team.

Discover who your team is and how they want to show up. Understand where they came from, how that influences what they stand for, and ultimately, how that connects to company values.

Weekly projects
2 hours per week
We will have 2 projects to complete through this course:
Each project will contribute to your 90 day leadership plan and we'll have plenty of time during our sessions to trade feedback.
